All of the above can take place online (via zoom) OR in person, primarily in Edinburgh but for workshops, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness, Dundee, Perth and Stirling

More About Melanie...

With a 20+ year background in a variety of corporate environments, I understand and empathize with the day-to-day stresses of a 40+ hour work-week and demands on an employee, the manager and the team, both physically + mentally. It’s also why I am so passionate about sharing the benefits of movement, mindfulness and meditation with others, especially in the corporate world. 

For the last 10+ years, I have completed trainings and certifications that have provided me with the tools to guide others towards improving their mental health, alleviate the physical symptoms of stress and lead more thriving lives. This allowed me to showcase the benefits with some of my previous employers – leading Lunch N Learns on various wellness topics, creating team-building practices and exercises for not only my immediate team but other departments, and presenting on stage at events.

I am on a mission to bring more awareness, motivation and mindfulness to those  who seek it by offering movement, meditation and a variety of coaching programs uniquely tailored for your organisation.
